Billing & refunds
Checkout uses our payment partner (e.g. Flutterwave or Paytiko when configured). Cancel anytime; you keep access through the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the terms shown at checkout and our support policy. After sign-in, use Contact in the footer for billing help.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change my plan anytime?
Upgrades start after successful checkout. Downgrades or cancellations depend on your payment provider and what we show under Settings → Billing. If anything looks wrong, email tradeversesupport@gmail.com or use Contact in the footer.
Is there a free trial?
New accounts get a 60-day Pro Plus trial (no payment required at signup). Your Settings → Billing page shows trial dates and tier. We sometimes run a platform-wide access promotion — Billing still shows what applies to your account.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards and supported local methods through our payment partner at checkout; availability depends on your country and which gateway is enabled for TradeVerse.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your billing flow or provider emails when applicable. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
